Wool and its many qualities:

I accept returns and exchanges within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order.

The returned item must be properly packaged and in its original packaging.

It must be unused and in perfect condition, accompanied by its proof of purchase.

The right of return does not apply to made-to-measure and personalized items.

The shipping costs and the risks of the return are the responsibility of the buyer (unless there is an error on my part). It will be up to you to file a claim with the carrier you have chosen in the event of loss or damage to the returned item.

Refund will only be issued after receipt of return shipment (I will email you to confirm receipt).

In the event of an error in the return delivery address, you will not be able to be reimbursed. The refund will be made by the same means of payment as the one chosen when ordering. Expect a delay of 3 to 5 days,

GOOD TO KNOW

I take great care in packaging my orders and my creations are not fragile. However, if upon receipt of the package you notice that it is damaged, check the good condition of the contents in front of the delivery person and refuse the package if this is not the case. If it was deposited in your mailbox you have the right to return it (unopened) to the post office. If you find that the item has been damaged notify me quickly so that I can file a claim with the carrier and make your refund. Without finding the carrier of the poor condition of the package and its contents you will not be able to demand a refund.

As a general rule, it takes 1 to 2 weeks   for the completion of an order and 48 hours for delivery by La Poste Colissimo from the date of shipment (France).

A confirmation message will be sent to you as soon as your order is taken.

 La laine est naturellement antistatique: elle attire et retient peu la poussière.

Elle s’auto-nettoie en permanence. (Pas de crottes de mouches !)

Une simple aération (courant d’air) lui permettra de se nettoyer.

Si vraiment cela vous semble nécessaire, vous pouvez passer l’aspirateur à faible puissance.

Un léger nettoyage à l’aide d’un pulvérisateur et d’un mélange eau + vinaigre blanc ravivera la blancheur ou les couleurs de la laine (attention à ne pas trop mouiller le feutre pour ne pas le ramollir).

En cas de tache, vous pouvez utiliser du savon de Marseille en rinçant soigneusement.

Pour une tache plus tenace ou une tache de graisse utilisez du blanc de Meudon.

Si, malgré tout le soin que j’apporte à l’emballage de votre commande, l’objet en feutre est légèrement déformé ou froissé, vous pouvez le remodeler et lui redonner sa forme d’origine en passant la partie à reformer à la vapeur (si vous utilisez un fer à repasser, ne posez pas la semelle du fer) ou en le mouillant légèrement à l’aide d’un vaporisateur.

Sous l’effet de la vapeur, le feutre va se regonfler en effaçant les faux plis. Si besoin, vous pouvez redonner la forme en massant délicatement avec les mains.

Cette méthode vous sera utile pour prendre soin de votre suspension dans le temps, en cas d’incident, si elle se trouve déformée. La vapeur peut aussi être utilisée pour nettoyer et rafraichir le feutre. C’est une recette ancestrale pour redonner leur forme aux chapeaux en feutre.
