I accept returns and exchanges within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order.

The returned item must be properly wrapped and in its original packaging. It must be unused and in perfect condition, accompanied by its proof of purchase. The right to return does not apply to custom-made and personalized items.

The package must be sent back to: feutreÖ - 42 rue Charles - 16230 Mansle, France.

Shipping costs and return risks are the responsibility of the buyer (except in the case of an error on my part). It will be up to you to file a claim with the carrier you have chosen in the event of loss or damage to the returned item.

The refund will only be made after receipt of the return shipment (I will send you an email to confirm receipt).

In the event of a return delivery address error, you cannot be refunded. The refund will be made using the same payment method as the one chosen during the order. Allow a period of 3 to 5 days.

GOOD TO KNOW

I take great care in packaging my orders and my creations are not fragile. However, if upon receipt of the package you notice that it is damaged, check the condition of the contents in front of the delivery person. If it has been left in your mailbox, you have the right to return it (unopened) to the post office. If you find that the item has been damaged, notify me quickly so that I can file a claim with the carrier and issue your refund. Without a report from the carrier regarding the bad condition of the package and its contents, you cannot demand a refund.
