Terms and Conditions
Clause n° 1: Purpose
The general terms and conditions of sale described below detail the rights and obligations of the company feutreÖ and its customers in the context of the sale of the following goods: creations and items in wool felt offered for sale on the website https://www.feutreÖ.com.
Any service performed by the company feutreÖ therefore implies the buyer's unreserved adherence to these general terms and conditions of sale.
Clause n° 2: Price
The prices of the goods sold are those in effect on the day the order is placed. They are denominated in euros. Prices are displayed excluding delivery costs.
The company feutreÖ reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but it undertakes to invoice the goods ordered at the prices indicated when the order is registered.
These conditions of sale are concluded on the one hand by the company feutreÖ whose headquarters is located at -42, rue Charles 16230 Mansle, France-, registered with the Chambre des Métiers et de l’Artisanat de Charente and registered in the Répertoire des Métiers under the number 893008664RM16 hereinafter referred to as "feutreÖ" and managing the site https://www.feutreo.com and, on the other hand, by any person wishing to proceed with a purchase via the website https://www.feutreo.com hereinafter referred to as "the buyer".
Article 1. Purpose
These conditions of sale aim to define the contractual relationship between feutreÖ and the buyer and the conditions applicable to any purchase made through the website https://www.feutreo.com. The acquisition of a product through this site implies an unreserved acceptance by the buyer of these conditions of sale, which the buyer acknowledges having read prior to their order. The company feutreÖ retains the possibility of modifying these conditions of sale at any time, in order to comply with any new regulations or for the purpose of improving the use of its site. Therefore, the applicable conditions will be those in effect on the date of the order by the buyer.
Article 2. Products
The products offered are those appearing on the site https://www.feutreo.com within the limit of available stocks. If a product has become unavailable after placing the order, the customer will be notified by email and a refund will be offered. The company feutreÖ reserves the right to modify the assortment of products at any time. Each product is presented on the website in the form of a description including its main characteristics. The photographs are as faithful as possible but do not bind the Seller in any way. The sale of the products presented in the site https://www.feutreo.com is intended for all buyers residing in countries that fully authorize the entry into their territory of these products.
Article 3. Rates
The prices appearing on the product sheets of the site https://www.feutreo.com are those in effect on the date the order is taken and are displayed in Euros (€). The company feutreÖ reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood, however, that the price displayed on the day of the order will be the only one applicable to the buyer. The prices indicated do not include delivery costs, invoiced in addition to the price of the products purchased according to the total amount of the order.
Article 4. Order and payment terms
Before any order, the buyer must create an account on the site https://www.feutreo.com. The account creation section is accessible directly from the menu bar. At each visit, the buyer, if they wish to order or consult their account (status of orders, profile…), must identify themselves using their information. The company feutreÖ offers the buyer to order and pay for their products in several steps.
They can pay for their purchases by secure payment by Paypal or by bank card (via the STRIPE system): the buyer selects the products they wish to order in the "cart", modifies if necessary (quantities, references…), checks the delivery address or provides a new one. Then, shipping costs are calculated and submitted to the buyer, as well as the name of the carrier. Then, the buyer chooses the payment method of their choice: "Payment by Paypal". The next step invites them to check all the information, read and accept these general conditions of sale by checking the corresponding box, then invites them to validate their order by clicking on the button "Confirm my order". Finally, the buyer is redirected to the secure PAYPAL interface in order to safely provide their Paypal account or personal credit card references. If the payment is accepted, the order is registered and the contract definitively formed. Payment by Paypal account or by bank card is irrevocable. In case of fraudulent use of it, the buyer may demand the cancellation of the payment by card, the sums paid will then be re-credited or returned. The responsibility of a bank card holder is not engaged if the disputed payment has been proven to have been made fraudulently, remotely, without physical use of their card. To obtain reimbursement for the fraudulent debit and any bank fees that the operation may have generated, the cardholder must contest, in writing, the withdrawal with their bank, within 70 days following the operation, or even 120 days if the contract linking them to it so provides. The amounts withdrawn are reimbursed by the bank within a maximum period of one month after receipt of the written contestation formed by the holder. No cost for the restitution of the sums can be charged to the holder. The confirmation of an order entails acceptance of these conditions of sale, the acknowledgment of having perfect knowledge of them and the renunciation of availing oneself of one's own conditions of purchase. All the data provided and the registered confirmation will constitute proof of the transaction. If the buyer has an email address and if they have provided it on their order form, the company feutreÖ will communicate to them by email the confirmation of the registration of their order.

Article 5. Retention of title
The company feutreÖ retains full and entire ownership of the products sold until the perfect collection of the price.
Article 6. Withdrawal
Under Article L121-20 of the Consumer Code, the buyer has a period of fourteen working days from the delivery of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal and thus return the product to the seller for exchange or refund without penalty, with the exception of the return costs.
Article 7. Delivery
Deliveries are handled by La Poste COLISSIMO or CHRONOPOST. The company feutreÖ will provide the buyer with a tracking number via email. Orders are delivered directly to the customer's home address. In the event of the buyer's absence, a delivery notice will be left by the carrier, allowing the customer to collect the ordered products at the nearest collection point within the timeframe specified by the postal services or carrier. For international orders, final delivery is handled by the local carrier or the national postal service of the destination country.
The buyer is required to check the condition of the packaging and the contents of the shipment upon delivery, in the presence of the postal worker or delivery person. In the event of damage during transport, any claim must be filed with the carrier within three days of delivery.
NOTE: If you notice upon receipt that the package is damaged, check the condition of the contents in front of the delivery person and refuse the package if the items are damaged. If the package was left in your mailbox, you have the right to return it (unopened) to the post office. If you find that the item has been damaged, please notify me promptly so that I can file a claim with the carrier and process your refund. Without a formal report from the carrier regarding the poor condition of the package and its contents, a refund cannot be guaranteed.
Article 8. Warranty
All products provided by the company feutreÖ benefit from the legal warranty provided by articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code. In case of non-conformity of a product sold, it may be returned to the company feutreÖ which will take it back, exchange it or refund it. All claims, requests for exchange or refund must be made by post to the following address: feutreÖ, 42 rue Charles, 16230 Mansle, France or by email to atelierfeutreo@gmail.com within a period of 14 days after delivery.
Article 10. Intellectual property
All elements of the site https://www.feutreo.com are and remain the intellectual and exclusive property of the company feutreÖ. No one is authorized to reproduce, exploit, or use for any purpose whatsoever, even partially, elements of the site whether they are in the form of a photo, logo, visual or text without prior authorization from the company feutreÖ.
Article 11. Personal data
The company feutreÖ undertakes to preserve the confidentiality of the information provided by the buyer, which they may be required to transmit for the use of certain services. Any information concerning them is subject to the provisions of Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978. As such, the internet user has a right of access, modification and deletion of information concerning them. Article 12. Settlement of disputes
In case of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before legal recourse.
These distance selling conditions are subject to French law. For all disputes or litigation, the competent Court is that of La Rochelle.
